Why Fail Coach exists

Fail Coach wasn't created from a business plan. It was born from necessity.

When Miha Matlievski was rebuilding from $5 million in debt after losing everything, he looked for help. Not generic business advice. Not motivational fluff. He needed someone who had actually been through it — someone who could help him navigate the real challenges of rebuilding a business and a life.

That person didn't exist. So he became that person.

Fail Coach is what Miha wished he had during the hardest years of his life. Direct, practical guidance from someone who's been in the trenches. Not theory — experience.

What we believe

Failure is data, not destiny

Every failure contains information. The question isn't whether you'll fail — it's what you do with what you learn. The founders who succeed long-term are the ones who treat setbacks as feedback, not verdicts.

People are the hardest part

The technical challenges of business are solvable. The people challenges — hiring, firing, leading, motivating, holding accountable — those are the real work. Most founders weren't trained for this. That's why we focus on it.
