Every engagement starts with a comprehensive diagnostic. We call it the Business MRI because it's designed to reveal what's actually happening — not just what's visible on the surface.

This includes a structured survey (takes about 10 minutes) followed by a deep-dive conversation. The goal is to understand your specific situation: what's working, what's broken, what's holding you back.

Once we understand your situation, we design an engagement that fits. This isn't a rigid program — it's ongoing access and support tailored to what you need.

“Miha in Your Pocket” means you have access when you need it. Not scheduled check-ins that waste time when things are going well. Real support when you're facing real challenges — leadership issues, team problems, strategic decisions.

Voice notes, messages, calls when something is urgent. Like having a trusted advisor who's been through it all, available when the real challenges hit.
